About Me
For 20+ years I've led product at Fortune 100 companies including Walmart and Lowe's — most recently directing 22 product managers through AI-driven transformation. Along the way I built and shipped seven production AI systems (six in Fortune-100 contexts, plus Aegis, my own) and authored the 5D Method — all in service of one question:
What does it take for AI to hold up in production — not just in the demo?
The Person Behind the Work

I started in tech with Cognizant in 2006, came to the US in 2008 to work on Walmart's supply chain, and have called Atlanta home since 2013. The throughline across every role since has been the same: I'm happiest solving the problem in front of me.
That's why most of my AI systems were built on my own time, before sunrise. For two years, learning AI meant shipping it — not just talking about it — so the judgment I bring to advising teams is grounded in having made the production mistakes myself first, before recommending anything to anyone else.

What Makes Me Different
Product Leadership
20+ years shipping products at enterprise scale. Built and led teams of 20+ PMs — from roadmap to production.
Technical Depth, Earned by Shipping
Seven production AI systems built end-to-end (six in Fortune-100 contexts, plus Aegis, my own) — so my product judgment is grounded in what actually holds in production, not slideware. Podcast-to-Pack earned the Strongest Business Case Award (#1 of 40+ in an Agentic AI PM cohort).
Enterprise AI Product Leadership
Two decades directing product and engineering teams at Fortune-100 scale — the judgment I bring is grounded in what actually shipped and held up, not just direction.
Published Thinking
I publish weekly on agentic architectures, AI governance, and production lessons — the thinking behind the 5D Method, in public.
